Almost everyday I am amazed that some people have the jobs that they do. In some instances, it's okay. Like when I go to Best Buy and the kid who's been selling TV's for a week wants to tell me what I should buy... Other times, like yesterday, it's a little more absurd than usual. Like Roger McNamee on Bloomberg yesterday... Here I am sitting on the couch and this guy is investing billions of dollars, scary! Video after the break - Read more...

If you don't have an Old English Sheepdog, you don't know what you're missing. I teamed up with the local OES rescue last year when we were looking to add another sheepdog to our stable. Ralphie seemed like he was getting bored, not exercising enough and was treating my wife like she was a chew toy. This year, the rescue has been re-organized and I have taken a more active role. The MoKan OES Rescue has a few dogs ready to be adopted for a mere $300 (dirt cheap for a pure bred OES). All the money goes right back into the system for rescuing dogs in the future. Check out their website for more details - http://www.mokanoesrescue.org

I've had a pretty good run on movies that I didn't think I would like, but ending up loving recently. Greg asked me if I wanted to hit a movie and this was his holy grail. The more I read about the movie, the more I knew it would suck. Keanu Reeves + 99% special effects for only $80 million = utter crap. I was right, it was terrible. Keanu was a monotone robotic cool guy, surprised? Will Smith's son was in it, and did decent. The story was garbage and shallow. Basically, if we continue to use electricty and create emissions, we will destroy the Earth, who knew? Save your money!

I was holding out because of Apple's reluctance to include A2DP in the iPhone, but yesterdays deal was too good to be true. The bottom line, we used Live.com cashback (25% = $125) and got a $50 credit per line to make up for our inablility to order a refurbishd iPhone through Premier. In the end my wife got an 8GB for $100 and I got a 16GB for $175. Eat your heart out...
